$25.00Enjoy a Pilates Foam Roller work out with Hillary Brown. Using the roller to stabilize, tone, while combining the process of rolling out tight muscles and relieving tension. You will learn a full body work out with rolling techniques to loosen muscles to obtain optimum strength and mobility. Learn tools and specific exercises you can add to your daily practice, home routine or any where your foam roller goes! The roller combined with Pilates is a great tool to help make you better at everything else you do.
Hillary Brown is a Master Pilates instructor and is known for her advanced knowledge in body mechanics for dancers and athletes. She has been teaching Pilates, dance and body mechanics for over 15 years with a focus on helping paddlers, cyclists, golfers, and sports professionals recover from and prevent injuries.
