1) If you are a returning student please fill out the online form below with the classes you are registering for. If you have not already, please place your Registration Fee (35.00).

2) If you are a new student, please download and fill out the PDF form below and send it to info@thetotalyoullc.com

3) Once you fill out the form please click the paypal link below to send in your Registration Fee of 35.00 to insure that your dancers spot is secured.
